David Allen

David K. Allen is a managing Broker Owner at GreenLight Lending. After entering the mortgage industry in 2016, David worked for various lending institutions and financial advising companies before founding GreenLight Lending in 2023.

He has over nine years experience in financial products and lending guidelines. In his career, he has served over 300 families and funded over $100M in home loans.

David is committed to educating his clients and providing them with all their options to succeed in homeownership at any phase in their lives.

David is married to his high school sweetheart Tayler. Together, they have three amazing boys, Boston, Greyson, and Hudson. They enjoy spending time together – taking advantage of all the things the great state of Utah has to offer.
