Mo Heath is a Cache Valley native who has been helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals since 2014. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Lending Manager, he is committed to providing personalized guidance, clear communication, and tailored financing solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Throughout his career, Mo has built a reputation for taking the time to thoroughly understand his clients' situations and diligently exploring every available option to help them secure the best mortgage solution possible. He believes that while the mortgage process is not always the most enjoyable part of buying or refinancing a home, it can be made significantly easier through expertise, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to client service. His goal is to simplify the lending experience and ensure his clients feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Mo resides in Smithfield, Utah, with his wife, Kelina, and their four children: Marley, Maverick, Korver, and Koko. When he is not helping clients navigate the home financing process, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing pickleball, skiing, and mountain biking throughout the beautiful landscapes of Northern Utah.
